The staff was excellent, particular the woman on evening desk duty during our stay (she even tracked down a roll of duct tape for us). Complete breakfasts, very clean rooms, solid facilities. Nice extras: a few board games for borrowing are available in the lobby, as well as a shelf of visitor-rotated books. We missed the fresh cookies at night, but what a great idea! Very happy there was an exercise room, though I wish the offerings had been a little better. Conveniently close to 205, but still fairly quiet.
The neighborhood is dicey (Tattoo parlor and adult shop/bookstore within a block). The location is decent for access to downtown NW Portland, but getting across the River anywhere other than Burnside is a pain. Would have liked an elliptical trainer in the exercise room, rather than a stairmaster. Hallways (especially carpet) are shabby, though the rooms themselves are well cared-for.
Location is good, 10 mins away from DT HD TV Good a/c
Have ants in the washroom and sink Cracked and non functional tub
The room was not cleaned properly, there was stuff in the corners of the room, the tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned. On our last day before checking out 2 staff members came into my room without knocking and never appologized, they looked at me and 1 just ignored me. I was highly upset because of it.
It was a nice comfortable room. The eggs were kind of bland, but overall a nice continental breakfast.
The air in the room could have been better.
Nice room. Comfy bed. Quiet location yet close to Interstate. Target a 5 min walk. Spa was good.
Old carpet smells urination; Washroom is very small; The air conditioner is too loud; The location is far away from city centre in the industry area without convienent transportation close by...
Tiny rooms, mildew on grout in the shower had to park on the street due to tiny parking lot. Found out the next morning there is a parking lot around the corner " which isn't as far as it seems, since you can use your key card to come in the back door". Said back door had a sign saying sorry for the inconvenience, please use front door. Soda machine on our floor was sold out of everything. To be honest besides the lobby it reminded me of a Motel 6, which I haven't stayed at in at least 20 yrs. EXTREMELY disappointed , specially considering it's a Ramada Inn.
Room size, parking lot, cleanliness.
The staff were honest and diligent taking care of issues that arose. The location was decent to the airport and city center.
The facility is aged and sanitation had a huge question mark. Housekeeping vacuuming next door at 9am? Booked.net got our order wrong which the hotel remedied the next day
Close to interstate and downtown (inc tram line).
Breakfast was good.
Hot tub was dirty.
Missing bath mat, broken light, plugs didn't work, weird smell in room, sketchy people hanging out in parking lot, doors hard to get in or were chained shut, channel guide for tv was incorrect.
Rooms could have been cleaner.
The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Outdated rooms with gout in the bathroom which looked moldy.
The staff was great while staying at Ramada
Some facilities were out of order, made it inconvenient like the spa not working
The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was great!
The laundry facilities were closed & under construction.
